Privacy policy

Effective October 8, 2026

eZrep is a workout log. This policy explains what data the eZrep app and its service collect, why, and what you can do about it. In short: your workouts are yours. There are no ads, we don't track you, and we never sell your data.

Without an account

You can use eZrep without an account. Then everything you enter (workouts, routines, your own exercises, and your settings) is stored only on your phone. Nothing is sent to us.

With an account

If you create an account to back up and sync your workouts, we keep:

  • Your name and email address, to identify your account and let you sign in.
  • Your password, stored only as a secure hash, never in readable form.
  • Your workouts and what goes with them: exercises, sets, reps, weights, distances and times, routines, your own exercises, and notes. They are kept so they can be backed up and synced to your other devices.
  • Sign-in sessions, so you stay signed in on your devices.

We use this data only to run eZrep for you. We don't use it for advertising or profiling.

What we don't do

Where your data is kept

On your phone, in the app's own storage. If you have an account, also on our server, which runs on Railway (a hosting provider) in the United States. Railway stores the data for us and may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. All data between the app and our server is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, your account and all the data synced to it are deleted from our server.

Your choices

Children

eZrep is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date. For important changes, we'll also tell you in the app.
